The Massachusetts Hispanic Scholarship Fund is a 501 c3 charity and is completely funded with donations and sponsorships through partnerships and individual donors.

[2] Hispanic/Latino is an ethnic category, not a racial category, and you may be of any race but you must be from a family whose ancestors came from at least one of these countries: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Uruguay, Venezuela or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
The Massachusetts Hispanic Scholarship Fund works with corporate sponsors for donations and matching gifts to help fund the charity. As a 501 c3 donations are tax deductible as applicable by law and eligible for corporate match.
