The Massachusetts Hispanic Scholarship Fund (MAHSF) is proud to announce that Metro Credit Union Foundation has awarded our charity a generous grant and has joined our growing list of sponsors. We are excited to work with such a great community leader, with a focus on helping neighbors including Lawrence, Chelsea and Boston.
For almost 100 years Metro Credit Union has been serving their communities. Giving back has always been a part of Metro Credit Union and the company just recently announced the launch of the Metro Credit Union Foundation. Established in 2023, the mission of the Metro Credit Union Foundation is to invest in organizations, initiatives, and programs that contribute to the economic and social well-being of local communities and their residents.
For the 2022-2023 school year, the Massachusetts Hispanic Scholarship Fund is working with Lawrence High School to engage with students, guidance, faculty and parents and provide an impactful scholarship. We are looking forward to working with Metro Credit Union as a partner this year and the coming years in Lawrence and additional communities they serve.
